Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Volt Apprentice website or purchase a Volt Apprentice digital study guide. Volt Apprentice is operated by Callahan Global. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Educational material
Volt Apprentice provides independent educational material for personal study. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the IBEW, NECA, the Electrical Training Alliance, Meta, or any apprenticeship program or employer. We do not promise admission, placement, employment, a passing score, or any other result.
Purchases and delivery
Prices and the contents of each guide are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment. Purchased digital files are delivered electronically through the order-completion page and automated email. See our refund and digital-delivery policy.
License
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the guide for your own study. You may print a copy for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share, or create derivative commercial products from the files.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with fulfillment, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and study materials are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volt Apprentice and Callahan Global disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to contact@voltapprentice.com.
